    Pat Alejandro, Partner

    DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    With over 40 years of experience, Pat brings deep expertise in managing high-quality commercial projects across sectors. He started his career in Houston, TX, developing a strong foundation before relocating to the Pacific Northwest in 1994. Pat has overseen a diverse range of projects, including both ground up and build outs of healthcare facilities, tribal casinos, light manufacturing, retail, and dining spaces.

    Pat’s industry knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication to client satisfaction have made him a trusted partner. He excels at delivering innovative and functional spaces on time and within budget. His leadership continues to support Walefins’ reputation for excellence and growth.

    Gage Simmons, Partner

    OPERATIONS & SAFETY DIRECTOR

    With nearly five decades of hands-on experience, Gage is a seasoned expert in all aspects of commercial construction. His passion for building started at age 10, shadowing his grandfather on job sites and learning fundamental skills. Once of legal working age, Gage spent his summers with residential contractors, starting as a laborer and quickly advancing into leadership roles as his skills developed. He has successfully led, managed, and completed hundreds of projects ranging from small tenant improvements and commercial ground-ups to large-scale corporate offices and government facilities.

    He is known for his expertise in project management, scheduling, and regulatory compliance. Gage now focuses his knowledge and leadership on helping businesses bring their visions to life. Through his dedication, he continues to make Walefins a trusted and respected name in the commercial construction industry.

    Dan Finnegan, Partner

    FINANCE DIRECTOR / CONTROLLER

    Dan’s passion for finance and IT has shaped his career since college, and he manages these functions at Walefins. Growing up on a farm in Ireland, he began his career working in Europe’s food industry, gaining experience across Ireland, Germany, and England. In 1996, he moved to Seattle and joined a West Coast general contractor, developing a strong background in construction accounting.

    Dan emphasizes integrity, attention to detail, and streamlining administration to attract and retain top subcontractors. His hands-on approach helps minimize delays and ensures timely flow of funds from owners to subcontractors.

     His leadership supports Walefins’ goal of delivering quality projects and maintaining strong industry partnerships.
